Since Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort guests stay from one night to the whole winter season, we realize there are different needs for each of you. Let us take all the worry of your upcoming beach vacation away in our handy Rent 101.
Our Information Center is located outside of the Gulf Front Towers in the entrance perpendicular to Beckrich Road on Front Beach Road. At check in, along with your room keycard, you will receive:

Wrist bands - identifies all members of your party and grants access to all Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort amenities

A car tag – set on your dashboard to notify the guards you are an Edgewater guest

Property Card - similar to a debit card to use throughout the property, all payment applies towards your bill (if you’ve been on a cruise, this is the same concept)
After checking in at the Information Center, your suite is only a short drive away. There is parking in front of each property and The Club for Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort guests (and your guests!). Edgewater offers luggage racks, covered entry breezeways and large elevators to help you comfortably settle into your suite. There is never a charge for parking or entry to any part of Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort property.
If you are expecting guests, please notify the front gate so they are aware of visitors.
There are two gated entrances to Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort:

The entrance to The Club and its activities, the Edgewater Convention Center, and the Golf & Tennis Villas is off of Beckrich Road.

The Towers, Windward and Leeward Suites, Information Center, and the beach are located in the entrance on Front Beach Road; Beckrich drives directly into this entrance.

Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort offers more services than any other Panama City Beach resort. This should help you take advantage of all that the esteemed Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort has to offer.

On the beach behind the Lagoon Pool, cabanas are set up for parasailing, jet skis, and banana boat rides and rentals.

In The Club at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort, our Activities Director and staff will help plan, rent and book your activities. You can also reach them from your room by dialing extension 324. The Club is open June – July 6:00 am – 8:00 pm, and August – May 6:00 am – 7:00 pm. Spa treatment appointments are also booked through The Club.

This resort also offers three on property restaurants including Oceans Bar & Grill, Bimini Sand Bar and Pizza Hut®. We also provide room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room service is available from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm.
The Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort are condominiums, however we offer the amenities of a luxury hotel. At the Information Center (by the Towers), you can check out and return your wristbands. We remind you that each Suite is privately owned, but as our guest, please do not feel the need to run the dishwasher, wash the linens or vacuum. Our staff will clean your room when you have checked out; this is included in the room cost.
Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort offers a daily cleaning service for your suite at a minimal additional fee. To make your stay more like home, each room is equipped with a vacuum cleaner, dishwasher and washer/dryer for your convenience. Sponges, soaps, etc. can be purchased at the local grocery store, or through our grocery delivery service.
With each Suite feeling so much like home, offering stays from one night through a full season, we understand that there are differences in needs. We suggest guests review the list of included amenities in each room, and if you’re not sure, don’t hesitate to ask one of our Staff members.
