Age Restriction

You must be at least 25 years old to reserve a room at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. However, there are exceptions for married couples under the age of 25.

Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

Cleaning Service Fee

At the end of your stay, there will be a one-time cleaning fee assessed depending on the number of rooms. This service fee ranges from $40 to $90.

Guarantee and Cancellation Policy

Your credit card will be charged an advanced deposit equal to the first night room and tax. If you cancel anytime you will lose $25. If you call within (7) seven days of arrival, you will lose the deposit. POLICY REVISED 2/1/07.

Hurricane Policy

Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort will refund guests if a mandatory evacuation of the Panama City Beach area is ordered.

Pet Policy

There are no pets allowed on property, except for seeing-eye dogs.
