Tricia Petty, Director of Group Sales
Tricia joined the sales team at the Resort Collection in October 2010. Tricia is responsible for groups with less than 25 room-nights, associations, and tour group markets. Since 2003, Tricia has been employed in various sales and marketing positions in Panama City Beach. She was the director of sales for the Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton Inn, and held marketing and public relations roles with St. Andrew Bay Center and Gulf World Marine Park. Prior to joining The Resort Collection of Panama City Beach, Tricia was director of sales for Courtyard by Marriott and TownePlace Suites. Her vast experience makes her a major asset to the Resort Collection team.

Tim Rose, Director of Membership and Corporate Partnerships
Tim joined Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort this year as the director of membership and corporate partnerships. Tim is a graduate of Spring Hill College in Mobile, Ala. Prior to joining The Resort Collection Tim was the Midwest regional sales manager for the Eagle Golf Corporation in Chicago. He has also held positions with 1031 Exchange Experts, Shark’s Tooth Golf Club, Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, and Michael Jordan Golf Company. Tim is responsible for generating the budgeted revenue for the activities division and maximizing tournament booking opportunities as well as creating, implementing and monitoring the annual sales and marketing plan.

Debra A. Abrams, Director of Convention Services
Educated in New York City, Debra has been in the hospitality industry since changing her college major from architecture to hospitality industry studies. Prior to leaving New York City, Debra worked as a sous chef in two locations under the Sheraton flag: Manhattan and Stamford, Conn. Debra cross-trained in Restaurant Service and Banquet Service, then followed the natural progression to Convention Services. Debra worked for Interstate Hotels Corporation for ten years in Orlando and Miami before moving to Panama City Beach in 2000. Debra has been detailing the conventions of all market segments at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort as Director of Convention Services since 2000.

Richard Holt, Director of Business Development
Richard Holt worked as the Rental Services Manager for Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort for two years before becoming The Resort Collection's Director of Business Development. Originally from Cleveland, TN, near Chattanooga, he graduated from McCallie prep school and went on to receive a degree in Business: Enterprise Management and Marketing from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Before moving to Panama City Beach, Richard spent many years honing his skills in both sales and management positions in Tennessee. Since the beginning of his sales career with Vector Marketing, he has continually developed his professional experience and excelled in business. Richard moved to the Emerald Coast in 2008 and has focused his career on Resort Management, exceeding expectations during his tenure as a trusted and hard working member of the Resort Collection team.

Mark Farner, Sr. Convention Services Manager
Originally from central Pennsylvania, Mark came to Panama City Beach, Fla., in 2000 to be the Director of Audiovisual at Edgewater. Since 2000, Mark has held various positions at the resort including Setup Manager, Banquet Manager and Director of Banquet Operations. Presently, Mark works closely with meeting planners, coordinating a wide range of details that help make their events a positive, memorable experience.

Tracy Heitzig, Group Travel Professional
Tracy has resided in Florida for ten years and has more than twenty years of hotel management experience. She relocated to Panama City Beach after living in the Turks and Caicos Islands for eight years. Tracy attended Colorado State University and graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management and Speech Communications from Southern Illinois University. Her hotel experience ranges from Public Relations Manager, Marketing and Sales Manager to the Director of Operations for a Caribbean resort. Tracy currently oversees social, military, government, educational, religious and fraternal meetings and events.

Pamela Billing, Catering Sales Manager
Pamela Billing is the catering sales manager at The Resort Collection of Panama City Beach. A 2009 graduate of the University of Illinois, Billing was previously employed at the Illinois Regent Ballroom and Banquet Center as a banquet coordinator for weddings and special events. She first joined the Resort Collection in 2010 as the banquet captain for the food and beverage team. She also continues to plan events for clients at The Resort Collection.

Dana B. Lent, Sales Manager
A native of Jacksonville, Dana moved to Panama City Beach 12 years ago and has worked in public relations and marketing for Nextel, Sprint, the Panama City Beach CVB, and Bay Point Resort Golf Club. Dana has a Bachelor of Communications in marketing from the University of Alabama and was a member of UA's swimming and diving team, where she was awarded three NCAA All-American awards and was the SEC champion of platform diving in 1996. As sales manager for The Resort Collection, Dana fosters relationships with local companies and Resort Collection owners and guests, ensuring smooth and positive sales throughout the company's resort properties. In her time off, Dana enjoys jogging, spending time with her family, and, of course, “Goin' to the Beach!”
