Q. Since Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is a rental resort, do we need to bring our own sheets, towels, pillows or other linens?
A. No. There is a full set of sheets, pillows and blankets for each bed, as well as for the pull-out sleeper sofa. We have also provided enough bath towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room type, as well as hand and dish towels for the kitchen.
Q. If we are just renting for the weekend, can we use the dishes and cooking supplies?
A. Yes! Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort offers all of our guests the same room and property amenities—whether visiting for one night or for an entire season.
Q. What time is check-in/check-out at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort?
A. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Late check-outs may be requested at the Front Desk and are based on availability. A $50 fee per room per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.

Q. How old do you have to be to rent a unit at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort?
A. At least one person must be 25 or older. We do make exceptions for married couples under the age of 25. Please contact reservations at .
Q. What are the front desk’s hours of operation?
A. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day.
Q. Are we able to check-out early?
A. You may check-out early, but we will not credit the remainder of your Panama City Beach vacation. There are no refunds once you have checked in.

Q. Do you offer daily maid service?
A.

No. Guests are provided with towels and linens for their stay. Each unit has a washer/dryer and guests are more than welcome to launder their towels and linens. All reservations will to subject to a onetime departure cleaning fee; price varies by unit size.

However, if you would like to have daily maid service, please call the front desk at 850.234.4044. There are additional fees, depending on the number of bedrooms.

Note: Daily maid service maybe included in group meeting blocks.

Q. Do we have to pay to use the Health Club & Fitness Center?
A. No. It is included as a service during your stay in Panama City Beach.
Q. Do you provide beach chairs?
A. Yes, but there is an additional cost.
Q. Do you provide beach towels?
A. No.
Q. What is the dress code for the Executive Golf Par 3 Course?
A. Casual. There is no strict dress code.
Q. Are the Golf Villas within walking distance of the beach?
A. Yes. It's about a 2–5 minute walk to the beach; plus guests have access to our tram service which stops at key points within the resort.
Q. Can we bring a golf cart or scooter on property?
A. No.
Q. Can we bring a trailer on property?
A. Yes, but it must be able to be parked in a parking spot.
Q. Does the room have a hair dryer?
A. Yes.
Q. What if I left something behind in my room when leaving Edgewater?
A. Call 850-235-4044 and ask for Lost and Found.
Q. Does Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort allow pets in the rooms?
A. Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort Suites are privately owned properties and therefore we cannot accommodate pets in the rooms, with the exception of guide dogs and pet rocks.
Q. Do you have high-speed Internet?
A. High Speed Internet access is available in your room through an Ethernet cable. Wireless access points are located on property at the following places: Front Desk, Edgie’s Corner Market, Oceans Bar & Grill, on the Lagoon Pool Deck and at the Edgewater Conference Center
Q. Are there grills on property?
A. No. Guests cannot grill in their accommodations.
Q. Can I bring coolers to the pool?
A. No, but you may bring them to the beach. However, glass containers are not allowed on the beach.
Q What is the refund policy for hurricanes?
A. If there is a mandatory evacuation for the resort area by the Bay County Emergency Operations Center, your money will be refunded.
