Considering staying with Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort this Winter? Edgewater is a great place to spend a warm, relaxed winter.

Edgewater guests staying through The Resort Collection of Panama City Beach receive Total Package access, meaning you have access to all the activities, games and events held for our winter residents at a discounted rate. You also receive discounted membership benefits to The Club at Edgewater, when opting for a Total Package during your stay.

Our dedicated staff lines up exceptional activities for our winter guests including bingo, bunko, line dancing, arts and crafts, bridge, cribbage, euchre, stitchers socials, and much more. View a sample of our calendar of winter activities.

Our all-inclusive packages for winter residents include unlimited golf and tennis, access to The Club fitness center, unlimited DVD rentals, and access to a full-service beachfront restaurant with nightly specials. Room service, all utilities, local phone calls and mid-month and checkout cleaning fees are also included in this package.

Guests staying at Edgewater but renting through another management company or owner will not have access to the Total Package benefits or discount membership rates.
